In 2008 Candace expanded her executive search firm Garthwaite Partners to include Talent Management, Leadership Coaching, and Career Coaching as a way to partner with clients who face challenges in their professional roles, their careers, and their personal lives.
Certified in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) Coaching in 2016 and Certified by Results Coaching Systems as a Workplace Coach in 2008, Candace works with executives and professionals who want to achieve more in their businesses, their careers, and their lives.
