Candace Garthwaite, PhD
Candace’s career trajectory includes a PhD in educational psychology that led to graduate level teacher training and policy research at the state level. Her interest in talent management and an entrepreneurial mindset prompted a 20-year career in executive search.
In 2008 Candace expanded her executive search firm Garthwaite Partners and launched Greenwich Career Coaching, a venue for Leadership and Career Coaching for clients who face challenges in their professional roles, their careers, and their personal lives.
