Confidence is the single most important outcome of the Greenwich Career Coaching process. Our clients come to us with a variety of career problems that trigger doubts and concerns about the future. The coaching discovery process focuses on each client’s unique career story and together we assess and emphasize strengths, passions, accomplishments, and goals. We then co-create an energized plan of strategies and actions to move their career forward.
